Release notes

Updates are free, but there is no guarantee that they will come (Apache-2.0 disclaims all warranty). New versions land in the repository. The bundled update skill applies one, and your settings, lab records, attachments and stored secrets are never overwritten.

• Audit trail rebuilt: every write operation is now recorded in audit_events (page create/edit/finalize/reopen/delete, reaction tables, attachments, notebooks, projects, invitations, role changes, reagent/stock/equipment ledgers, sign-in and sign-out)
• The audit trail is append-only; UPDATE and DELETE are rejected by database triggers
• Each row carries the hash of the previous row, and rows are numbered per tenant, so rewritten or missing history can be identified
• The business write and its audit record are committed in the same transaction: if the audit cannot be written, neither is the change
• Added npm run verify-audit so you can check the hash chain yourself (against a backup dump or your live D1)
• Editing a page's body, title or experiment date now also stores a revision snapshot (previously only reaction-table saves did)
