This page arranges a time for the free one-to-one setup session. Choose three 30-minute slots from the calendar and send them; we will reply and settle on one. Nothing is confirmed on this screen. Live sessions are held in Japanese — if you would rather work in English, email is usually the better route.

What happens next

  1. Pick three free slots and send them with your name and email address
  2. A receipt lands in your inbox automatically (not a confirmation)
  3. We reply and settle on one of the three. That reply is what confirms it
  4. If none of them works after all, we can sort it out in the reply
Open hours (Japan Standard Time) Weekdays 18:30-22:00; weekends and public holidays 9:00-22:00, in 30-minute steps. Bookings open from 2 days ahead up to 21 days ahead. For anything outside those hours (later than 22:00, say), use the free-text box below.
